2 months agoMUST TRY! Was craving sushi for the longest time and found the perfect place! (I think it's Korean owned?) Restaurant is very clean and gives a warm vibe. Would be cute for a date night too! Service was amazing-Staff were friendly and kind. Food was delicious! We ordered a takowasa, donkatsu & shrimp tempura bento box for our little one, Lion King roll (cooked/baked), and a nigiri special 7pc. Everyone was extremely satisfied with today's dinner for sure! Def will be coming back as a regular!

3 months agoThis spot is straight to the moon. I went on a whim and ended up having one of the freshest sushi experiences I’ve had in a while. The nigiri 🍣, albacore and tuna, was pristine. Clean cuts, buttery texture, and that just-caught freshness you notice immediately. The rolls were done right. Balanced, flavorful, and actually worth ordering, which is not always the case. And the appetizers were quietly elite. Everything hit. Once I looked around and saw the place packed, it made perfect sense. This is not hype, it is consistency. Definitely a keep-in-rotation kind of spot.

3 months agoI’ve visited this place several times, and I’m always happy to use the reward points I’ve earned. The bright and clean interior always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. It’s perfect for families with kids—the staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. Our kids love the bento box 🍱and the Lion King Roll, which never fails to amaze them.🥰 Some dishes took a little longer due to high demand, but it was no problem at all. On a special day, we ordered the sashimi moriawase, and it was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared.🍣 Highly recommend this place for a special family meal!👍⭐️💕

3 months agoSushi to the Moon absolutely lives up to its name. The fish was incredibly fresh, the rolls were creative without being overdone, and everything was beautifully presented. You can tell they care about quality and detail. The service was friendly and attentive. Loved it!

5 months agoThis place is AMAZING!!! The service is spectacular — the food arrives at the table super fast, and the waiters are extremely friendly and attentive. The food is the best part of all; everything I tried was absolutely delicious. I would go back to this place a thousand times. The service is very fast, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended!

5 months agoThis is the best sushi we’ve had in and around Austin. The fish tasted like it came straight from the ocean to our plate. Even if you’re not in the Leander area it’s worth the drive. Truly a hidden gem. We ordered the country girl roll, caliente roll, hamachi lover rolls. All 10/10. If we had to assign a favorite, a must try is the country girl. Also, I am a miso soup and ponzu sauce fanatic and these were also both the best I’ve ever tasted. They even make specialty homemade wasabi’s. The pickled wasabi was so unique, delicious, and a phenomenal compliment to the country girl. Last but not least the service was 5 star. Shout out to impeccable and personable Jasmine, our server. Our first time. Worth every penny. We will be back for sure.

6 months agoWe tried Sushi Moon in Leander and WOW… absolutely incredible. Everything we ordered was delicious, but I have to call out the mushroom risotto; genuinely the best I’ve ever had in my life. So creamy, rich, and perfectly cooked. I’m still thinking about it. We also had several sushi rolls and appetizers (all pictured) and every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. Portions were great and prices were super reasonable, especially for the quality. The restaurant itself is very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the service was exceptional. Everyone was so kind and attentive without being overbearing. If you’re in the Leander/Cedar Park area, this is a must-try. We will definitely be back! 🍣✨

Edited 6 months agoVisiting from NC and last night this was hands down one of the best dining experiences my family and I have ever had. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor in every bite. The happy hamachi dish and sashimi platter just melted in your mouth and Chef Sachie and Chef Masa clearly take pride in their craft and the attention to detail and creativity really shine through. The service was just as impressive with Jasmine who was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable! From the ambiance to the quality of the food, everything was top-notch. We can’t wait to come back!
